Maru, a friendly golden retriever from Jukdo Island in South Korea, became an internet sensation when a Maps photographer visited the island. While the photographer was capturing 360-degree images for Street View, Maru followed him around, playfully accompanying him throughout the journey while making it into every single photo taken of the island. The dog’s charming presence in the Street View images was quickly noticed by online users, and Maru’s adorable photo-bombs made her famous.
